Quality, safety & compliance
A distributor's quality system is not about testing every molecule. It is about knowing exactly where material came from, proving it did not change while we held it, and making sure the drum that arrives is the drum the paperwork describes.
Supplier qualification
Manufacturers are assessed before they become a source: certification status, plant capability, consistency history and their ability to supply the specification repeatedly rather than once. Critical lines are dual-sourced so a single plant shutdown does not stop your production.
Incoming verification
Every inbound lot is checked against its Certificate of Analysis and its packaging integrity, given an internal batch identity, and linked to the despatches made from it. A retained sample is kept so a query six months later can still be answered with material, not memory.
Traceability
Batch in, batch out. Any consignment we have shipped can be traced back to the manufacturer's lot, the date received, the storage location and the repacking record. This is what makes a customer complaint solvable instead of arguable.
Segregated storage
Flammables, corrosives, oxidisers and food or pharmaceutical-grade material are stored separately with appropriate containment and spill control. Incompatible chemistries are never stacked together — an obvious rule that is broken more often than the industry admits.
Transport & hazard classification
Hazardous consignments move through licensed transporters with correct placarding, UN number, packing group, TREM card and driver documentation. We confirm classification before despatch rather than leaving it for the receiving gate to query.
Documentation pack
Manufacturer COA, Elementium batch record, GHS-format Safety Data Sheet, invoice with correct HSN classification and, where applicable, import documentation. Available with the consignment and re-issuable on request at any time.
Safety Data Sheets
A GHS-format Safety Data Sheet is issued in English for every product we supply, covering hazard identification, composition, first-aid and firefighting measures, handling and storage, exposure controls, physical and chemical properties, stability and reactivity, toxicological and ecological information, disposal, transport and regulatory information. Sheets are version-controlled and re-issued when the source or classification changes.

What we ask of customers
Safety in chemical supply is a two-way obligation. Where a material is hazardous we expect the receiving plant to have appropriate storage, trained handlers and correct personal protective equipment, and we will say so plainly before accepting a first order for a difficult chemistry. If a proposed use looks unsafe or a delivery location is unsuitable for the hazard class, we would rather have that conversation than take the order.
Regulatory position
We supply industrial and specialty chemicals for legitimate industrial, laboratory and manufacturing use. Materials subject to licensing, controlled-substance rules or end-use restrictions are supplied only against the required documentation and only to entities entitled to receive them. Where a product requires a licence, permit or end-use declaration, we will tell you what is needed before quoting.
