Polymer, Rubber & Plastic Additives
Accelerators, activators, antioxidants, fillers, stabilisers and plasticisers for rubber compounding and polymer processing.
Zinc Oxide
French-process (indirect) zinc oxide for rubber and cosmetic duty; active grades where higher surface area speeds cure. Lead and cadmium limits stated for export-bound compounds.
Stearic Acid
Single, double and triple-pressed grades. Colour and iodine value drive the price, and they matter in a white cosmetic base far more than in a black tyre compound.
Carbon Black
ASTM N-series grades supplied by structure and surface area, because a compounder specifies N330 or N550 for measurable reasons — abrasion resistance versus extrusion behaviour.
CBS Accelerator
The standard delayed-action sulfenamide accelerator: good scorch safety with a fast cure rate once the reaction starts. Supplied as powder or oiled granules to suit your mixer.
TMTD Accelerator
A very fast thiuram accelerator, also used as a sulphur donor in EV cure systems. Nitrosamine considerations apply for some export markets — worth discussing before you specify it.
DOTP Plasticiser
The mainstream non-phthalate replacement for DOP in flexible PVC. Increasingly demanded by export customers and by toy, medical and food-contact applications.
Calcium Stearate
Grades differ in free fatty acid and bulk density; PVC processors and paper mills specify different material even though the CAS is the same.
